“DiSHAN” employs over 30 staff. Additionally, it relies on trained community-based
workers, contributing on the basis of a honorarium or as volunteers.
Governing body
“DiSHAN” is guided by a Governing Body enlisting the membership of competent and
committed individuals, who contribute expertise from a variety of professional fields.
The Governing Body leads “DiSHAN” in adopting strategic decisions relating to institutional
governance, reviewing progress in programme implementation and distilling learning
from field experience. It holds overall responsibility for transparent financial
control, and equal and inclusive institutional management.
